SHEKU KANU

Mr. Kanu earned his B.Sc. degree in Accounting and Finance from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. He gained valuable experience during his internship in the Accounting Department at the NASSIT West Regional Office. Additionally, he served as a team leader for the Statistics Sierra Leone Population and Housing Census. Mr. Kanu received training focused on combating money laundering in West Africa. In 2015, he was employed as an Assistant Internal Auditor at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute (SLARI). His commitment to work and emphasis on transparency have significantly benefited the institution, demonstrating his value as an employee. He approaches his duties professionally to achieve desired results and advocates for a more transparent internal audit process to enhance the institution’s success.
