Mr. Kallon obtained his B.Sc. degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Management and Technology (UNIMTECH) and also earned a National Diploma in Banking and Finance from Eastern Polytechnic in Kenema. He began his career at the Sierra Leone Road Authority in Kenema, working as a Book Keeper and Account Clerk. In 2013, he was employed by the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute as a bookkeeper. He effectively serves in the Finance Unit under the direction and supervision of the Unit Head. In 2020, he was appointed as Asset Officer, which placed him in charge of the Asset Unit. Mr. Kallon has demonstrated his ability to work collaboratively with other staff members, and his efforts in updating the Asset Register have been a significant achievement for the institution.
