Mrs. Morsieray earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Amity University in Uttar Pradesh, India. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) and a Level A Certified Accounting Technician (ACCA) certification. In 2013, she was appointed as a Finance Assistant at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute (SLARI). In 2018, she transferred to the Rokupr Agricultural Research Centre (RARC), continuing in the same role. By 2020, she had moved to the Headquarters, where she has been working in the Finance Unit under supervision, contributing to the unit’s operations.
