Mr. Massaquoi obtained his M.Sc. in Rural Development Studies from Njala University College and a B.Sc. in Logistics and Procurement from the Institute of Advanced Management and Technology, now known as UNIMTECH. He also holds a Diploma in Business Management from the same university.
He began his career at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute (SLARI) in 2013 as a Procurement Assistant, where he worked effectively as part of the Procurement Unit. In 2019, he was appointed as the Acting Liaison/Logistics Officer in the Logistics Unit and continues to serve in that acting position. Additionally, he has been a member of the implementing team for the European Union (EU) project at SLARI. Mr. Massaquoi has created and maintained essential information on logistics and liaison issues, contributing to the effective operation of the unit.
