Mr. Gboyah earned his M.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Njala University and his B.Sc. degree in Applied Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration & Management (IPAM). Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in Applied Accounting and a Certificate in Business & Finance from the same university.
His work experience includes serving as an Account Clerk at Guma Valley Water Company and as an Accountant at Home Food & Drinks Ltd. In 2012, he was appointed as an Assistant Finance Officer at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute (SLARI), where he was stationed at the Njala Agricultural Research Centre (NARC). While at Njala, he also filled the role of Assistant Finance Officer for the Kenema Forestry Tree Crop Research Centre (KFTCRC).
In 2016, he was transferred to SLARI’s Headquarters to continue his work in the same position. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Gboyah has worked under the direction and supervision of the unit head and collaborated effectively with other staff members to achieve desired goals. He has consistently demonstrated productivity and dedication in his role within the unit.
