Mr. Allieu holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, as well as a B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from the University of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). He completed an internship at the National Social Security & Insurance Trust (NASSIT), where he gained valuable experience in his field. Additionally, he participated in a Graduate Internship program organized by the United Nations Development Program and the National Youth Commission (NYC). From 2019 to early 2020, Mr. Allieu worked as a Loan Officer at ECOBANK Microfinance. His professional journey began in 2015 when he volunteered at Halima Trading International SL Limited and provided support at the United Nations Peacekeeping mission in Sierra Leone. In 2020, he received an appointment as Senior Audit Assistant at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute (SLARI), a position he currently holds. His commitment to ensuring a stringent audit process at SLARI has been beneficial for the organization. Mr. Allieu’s dedication to excellence in his profession drives his continuous commitment to his work.
