Patrick Anderson Carpenter

Mr. Patrick A. Carpenter earned his Teachers Certificate (TC) in 1999. He then obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Forestry in 2007, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Natural Resources Management in 2014. Since then, he has been involved in various research activities, including data collection and the establishment of demonstration plots for agroforestry systems at the Bambawo station. He has also provided training in budding, grafting, and hand pollination to Liberian agricultural technicians working with cocoa materials at the Pendembu cocoa clonal seed garden. Currently, he serves as a Research Officer at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute, where he is attached to the Kenema Forestry and Tree Crops Research Centre (KFTCRC).
