Mr. Kargbo is the Administrative Officer at the Teko Livestock Research Centre. He holds both a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Office Management and Administration from the Adkan Institute of Management Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Public Sector Management from the Institute of Public Administration and Management University (IPAM) in Sierra Leone.
With ten years of experience, he initially worked as an audit assistant and later served as the Acting Senior Assistant Internal Auditor at the headquarters of the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute. Mr. Kargbo has taken on various administrative responsibilities and possesses extensive knowledge in auditing and administration. He is an expert in public sector management and is dedicated to achieving targets and business objectives.
Additionally, he is focused on providing exceptional service standards and possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills, which enable him to influence decisions effectively. Mr. Kargbo enjoys both being part of a successful team and managing and motivating others to achieve productivity.
