Samuella Kargbo
Food Technologist
Miss Samuella Kargbo holds a BSc. Hons in Nutrition and Food Technology at the Njala University, and a MSc. degree in Food Processing and Storage Technology at the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria. She is a Research Officer who works at SLARI, Teko Livestock Research Centre in the value chain addition unit. She specializes in food processing and storage technology. Currently pursuing her PhD in Nigeria.
