Miss Browne holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Financial Services from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) in 2012. She also obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Njala University in 2016. Since 2013, she has been employed as a Senior Finance Assistant in the Finance Department at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute (SLARI).
